Prices for the property are shown in UK pounds, on a self catering basis. The change over day is Saturday. However if this is not suitable, please ask as we will always try to be flexible. Monthly and longer rentals maybe available in the winter months. There is a strict no smoking policy. Children and well behaved dogs are very welcome. Quality bedlinen, towels and pool towels are provided.

A complimentary welcome basket full of local Cornish produce will be waiting for you as a gift from the owner.

A 50% non refundable deposit is due on confirmation of booking. The balance is due 5 weeks prior to arrival, non-refundable. Credit cards welcome (with a small charge). A fully refundable property security deposit (on a credit card) will be required.
